Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established company in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunication, since 1999. We classify ourselves as a multi-disciplinary team of planners, engineers and consultants providing various levels of products, services and solutions on offer.

We are looking for interested candidates for the position of receptionist and sales representative to be responsible for handling variety of administrative support tasks as well as generating leads and achieving sales goals.

• Telephone call handling to promote, brief and convince customers in buying products and services.
• Contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Answering client questions about terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Job Specification

• +2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and visitors.
• Knowledge of IT and telecommunication products and services will be more advantage
• Prior experience in Computer Store/Company will be highly preferred

Remuneration:

• Remuneration offered 16K/Month (negotiable for the deserving candidates)
• Other facilities are offered as per official rules and regulations
