Job Description
  • Manage the costs and expenditure of ZFD projects; handle banking transactions and assure timely settlement.
  • Support in budget preparation of ZFD, monitor budget utilization and prepare financial report monthly.
  • Ensure VAT refund in coordination with the finance section of GIZ office.
  • Prepare service/consulting/local subsidies/daily wages contract for people up to delegated authority.
  • Conduct orientation & training staff of ZFD partner organizations.
  • Supervise support staffs.
Job Specification
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and Nepali taxation and public levies regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, with solution and service oriented attitude, under pressure and meeting of deadlines and perfoormance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborately with people from different backgrounds.
  • Very good communication skills in English and Nepali (both written and verbal).
