Job Description
  • Good at writing attention-grabbing articles in fluent English
  • Software training for clients
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Talk staffs or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Should have surficial technical knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and cPanel.
  • Good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
Job Specification
  • Provide customer support either by face-to-face or over the phone, to resolve software issues.
  • Make procedural documentation, customer support logs, user guides and relevant reports.
  • Provide software training to clients through Any Desk or field visit.
  • Monitoring system and keep updated in server
  • Resolve minor software issues related to MySQL, Linux, PHP, and cPanel.
  • Should come from a technical background and should at least have some technical knowledge.
