Job Description
- Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
- Gather market and client information
- Find and assess the clients who wish to save/invest money or take services from the company
- Collection of revenue in the form of cash/cheque
- Present and promote various schemes of the company to the potential clients
- Follow-up for collection of payment
- Maintain daily collection register at the end of every working day
Job Specification
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collection or related field will be preferred
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to achieve given targets
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Good communication skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good team work spirit
