Job Description
- Assist the Sales Officer in daily showroom operations and customer service.
- Welcome customers and direct them to the concerned sales staff.
- Support in explaining basic product features and specifications to walk-in customers.
- Help maintain cleanliness and display setup of the showroom.
- Ensure brochures, price lists, and promotional materials are updated and available.
- Assist in preparing and organising test drives and vehicle delivery processes.
- Maintain and update customer inquiry logs and feedback forms.
- Follow up with potential customers under the guidance of the Sales Officer.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth sales operations and documentation.
- Support in organising showroom events, vehicle displays, and promotional campaigns.
