Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing assigned international customer orders and ensuring all information is complete.
- Acts as the point of contact for all international client's question including product availability, pricing, produc and responds to all client's issues or complaints
- Ability to handle multiple tasks is essential, including identifying and tracking missing information, communicating with foreign clients.
Job Specification
- Good computer skills including current version of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English
- Good Communication Skills
