Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and drives engagement, awareness, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with the brand’s identity and messaging.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust content and strategy based on insights and trends.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Actively engage with followers and respond to comments/messages to foster community growth and loyalty.
Job Specification
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification: Intermediate (+2) or above in any relevant field.
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to align content with business objectives.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools for scheduling and performance tracking (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team.
