Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Onboarding & Support Executive to join our team at Scodus. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for new users and clients, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. Your mission is to help users get the most value out of our platform by guiding them from signup to successful product adoption.

This position requires a proactive communicator, a tech-savvy problem solver, and someone who is deeply customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new users/clients by offering step-by-step guidance and tailored setup assistance.

  • Conduct live walkthroughs, webinars, or training sessions to help clients understand product functionality and best practices.

  • Create and share tutorials, recorded demos, or documentation to support client education and self-service learning.

  • Serve as the primary contact post-signup, ensuring clients are engaged, supported, and progressing through the onboarding journey.

  • Track key onboarding metrics (e.g. activation rate, time-to-value) and follow up on any stalled accounts.

  • Collaborate with the customer success, product, and tech teams to relay feedback and improve user experience.

  • Identify potential pain points early in the client journey and provide proactive solutions.

  • Assist in maintaining an internal knowledge base, playbooks, and onboarding resources.

Job Specification

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and helpfulness.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds and industries.

  • Prior experience working with SaaS platforms, CRMs, or client-facing tools is highly preferred.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple onboarding tracks at the same time.

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

  • Familiarity with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.

  • Experience in onboarding, client success, technical support, or training roles is an advantage.
