Job Description
- Knowlegde of Tally will be an added advantage
- Maintain Office inventory
- Perform day to day activities related to cash/bank books.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Manpower field
- Must have good knowledge of operating Accounting software packages
- Must be willing to learn the software package employed by the Company
- Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and be a strong team player
- Must have knowledge of the statutory taxes applicable in the country
- Must have theoretical knowledge of Banking processes and transactions in order to perform the duties.
- Assist Account Officer in the accounting entries as and when needed
