Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to join our hotel team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest queries
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain guest records and update information in the system
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
