Job Description
We are seeking a highly disciplined and physically fit Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, handling conflict professionally, and providing a strong security presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent and address disturbances.
- Handle confrontations and remove unruly individuals when necessary.
- Screen guests at the entrance and enforce venue policies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities.
- Escort individuals off the premises when required.
- Work closely with management and security teams to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform routine security checks and patrols during the shift.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a bouncer, security guard, army personnel, or similar role.
- Training in self-defense or martial arts preferred.
- Experience in handling difficult situations and crowd control.
Skills & Requirements:
- Physically very fit and combat-ready.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Excellent observational and conflict resolution skills.
- Calm, confident, and authoritative presence.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, alert, and flexible with working hours.
