Job Description
We are specifically looking for a Criminal Lawyer with a high level of knowledge and experience, including a proven track record of successful cases, ideally having secured jail time and severe penalties for offenders. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of family disputes, defamation, fraud (jalsaji), property and scam-related cases, along with a working knowledge of civil and corporate law.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- Handle criminal law cases with a high degree of expertise and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful outcomes, including securing jail time and severe penalties for offenders.
- Manage and advise on family-related legal disputes, including custody, domestic issues, and separation.
- Handle cases related to defamation and reputation damage.
- Investigate and litigate matters involving fraud (jalsaji) and scam-related cases.
- Deal with property disputes, including ownership, tenancy, and inheritance conflicts.
- Provide guidance on and manage cases under civil law as required.
- Support legal processes and advice in corporate law matters when applicable.
- Represent the company or clients in court, prepare legal documentation, and offer strategic legal advice.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal teams when needed.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with a focus on Criminal Law.
- License to practice law and registration with the Bar Council.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in criminal litigation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
