Job Description

Answer and transfer incoming and outgoing calls to the right department
Greet and assist customers and visitors with great service
Provide information and guide visitors to the appropriate department
Respond to inquiries professionally in person, by phone, or email
Record and deliver documents, letters, and proposals to concerned staff
Maintain a positive attitude and support a quality work environment
Handle any other tasks as needed in the unit

Job Specification

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
