Job Description
AIDE Ascent is seeking two passionate Junior Frontend Developers to join our fully remote team. If you’re looking to refine your frontend development skills, contribute to real-world projects, and grow in a supportive environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform Figma or Adobe XD mockups into responsive, user-friendly web pages.
- Build and maintain frontend components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Identify and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to enhance user experience.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and pair programming sessions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (including internships).
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolio projects are encouraged to apply.
- Well-versed in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one frontend framework: React, Vue, or jQuery.
- Experience translating design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) into code.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with Git, browser debugging tools, and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team-oriented mindset, open to feedback and mentorship.
- Detail-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
