Job Description

- Exploration of the travel market of Nepal and sectors operated by Himalaya Airlines.
- Identify the prospect agents in travel market, motivate and persuade these agents and convert them into business partners.
- Daily follow up via calls and visits for new and existing agencies for business development.
- Receive/collect business agent’s feedback, complaints and requests and communicate them to the Manager, and follow up for their resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Visit Report.
- Conduct market research to know about labor clearance and future business prospects and current market trends.
- Monitor our flight regularly and make sales call and suggest for fare revision as per market demand.
- Contribute and develop marketing plans and strategies.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with experience in the related field.
- Proficient in computer, especially in Microsoft Office Package.
- Proficiency in different GDS, basic flight terminology and technical knowledge of ticketing is an added skill.
- Must have good public relations and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
- Ability to learn new computer-based programs and adapt work culture.
- Open for new challenges.
