Job Description
The Administration Manager will oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the company to ensure an efficient, organized, and productive workplace. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills, with the ability to supervise administrative staff and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the administrative department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and provide continuous guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, casual leave tracking, and other employee-related documentation.
Communication & Coordination
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by handling queries professionally and ensuring timely communication.
Client Relations & Sales Coordination
- Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits to build rapport and establish new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Support the sales team through client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.
Leadership & Problem-Solving
- Lead the administrative team effectively by fostering a positive work environment.
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all office processes and protocols are followed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, manage, and maintain essential administrative documents and records.
- Generate regular reports related to administrative tasks and share them with management as required.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred,
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems efficiently.
- Client-handling experience is an added advantage.
