Job Description
- Greet clients warmly as they enter the clinic or contact us by phone or email. Make them feel comfortable and valued from the start.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, appointment availability, and pricing.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments that fit their needs and preferences. Coordinate with our healthcare providers' schedules to find suitable times.
- Listen attentively to clients' concerns or complaints and work to resolve them promptly and effectively. If necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager
- Educate existing & new clients about our health and wellness services, including treatments, procedures, and any special offers or promotions.
- Recognize clients' birthdays with personalized messages or offers, fostering a sense of appreciation and connection.
- Keep clients informed about special offers, promotions, and discounts through various channels, such as email newsletters, phone calls, or SMS.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client queries, personal details, preferences, and interactions in our database system.
- Support clinic staff with various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing files, and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
- Contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic. Help create a positive experience for every client, promoting their overall well-being.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
