Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related role, preferably in a BPO environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in a high-volume hiring environment.
