Job Description
We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce company (www.giftmandu.com). As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
