Responsible for overseeing production machinery, maintenance, and process efficiency in the manufacturing of galvanized wire, HB wire, binding wire, barbed wire, gabion wire, nails, and electrical cables.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize wire and cable manufacturing processes.
- Ensure smooth operation of wire drawing, galvanizing, extrusion, armouring, and nail-making machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Maintain product quality standards including tensile strength, coating, and dimensions.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industrial standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams and prepare reports.
