Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer bookings, enquiries, and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and social media. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and handle bookings and enquiries in a timely and professional manner, within target response and resolution times.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, live chats, and social media enquiries.
  • Provide clients/customers with accurate information to address their enquiries.
  • Update the company’s Knowledge Base and Help Center (as required).
  • Make outbound calls and send emails (as required).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Positive, can-do attitude; takes initiative to resolve issues and goes above and beyond to enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to handle difficult clients; strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactively seeks better ways to improve processes and recommends operational efficiencies.
  • Familiar with Google Apps.
  • Efficient, with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in sales or dispute management is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support role, preferably with Aussie or US-based companies.

Working Hours :

Shift-based role

3:45 AM – 12:45 PM

6:45 AM- 3:45PM

OR

11:45 AM – 8:00 PM

5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

(We have to manage shift so candidate has to be flexible regarding timing)
