Job Description
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, order-related issues, and after-sales support across multiple communication channels. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and customer-friendly service to ensure a positive online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, social media, website and messaging app
- Track orders, assist with cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Provide clear information about products, prices, promotions, and policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Manage Daraz orders, customer queries & packaging coordination
- Assist in basic content creation (product photos/videos – added advantage)
- Administrative support
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Job Specification
- Minimum High School Diploma (+2) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
