Electrical Overseer(outside valley)

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrical Overseer to support the operation, maintenance, inspection, and field activities of solar power plants and associated transmission line systems. The position requires hands-on technical knowledge, site coordination, and a willingness to work and stay at project locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine operation and maintenance activities at solar power plants.
• Inspect electrical equipment and systems and assist with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify electrical faults and support troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Supervise and assist with field works related to transmission lines and electrical infrastructure.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report equipment faults, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain daily site records, work logs, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure electrical work is performed properly.
• Travel between project sites when required.

• Diploma/Overseer qualification in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience, especially in solar power plant O&M.
• Experience in transmission line or related electrical field work will be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work and stay at project sites as required.
• Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel between project locations.
• Good communication, teamwork, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in solar power projects will be preferred.

Project Locations

Jhapa, Dhanusha, Lahan, and other locations depending on project requirements. The ideal candidate is required to work on-site.
