Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer centric Client Support Representative with 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in client servicing and technical or product support. This role is critical in strengthening client relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution, and delivering a consistently high quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end to end support queries.
- Understand client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, technical, and operations to resolve escalations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues.
- Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize value.
- Identify recurring issues and provide insights for process and product improvement.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and internal quality standards.
Job Specification
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in client support, customer success, or service operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client issues simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking capability.
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of software products or IT enabled services will be an advantage.
- Customer focused mindset with a calm and solution driven attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Management, or a related field.
