Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Communication Officer who will handle both internal and external communication, manage client interactions, support public relations, and help promote the company’s services and projects effectively.
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal departments (Sales, Support, Implementation).
- Respond promptly to inquiries from schools, colleges, students, and the general public via phone, email, and social media.
- Draft, edit, and manage professional communication materials including proposals, announcements, and marketing content.
- Handle public relations for the E-Digital Nepal services by crafting newsletters, press releases, and promotional content.
- Coordinate and assist with client onboarding communication and orientation programs.
- Maintain a record of all client communications and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
- Manage company’s online presence and branding through social media platforms and website updates.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in campaign messaging and outreach activities.
- Identify client concerns or feedback and escalate them to relevant departments when needed.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication standards across all platforms.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related fields
- Master’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a communication, public relations, or client service role
- Experience in the IT, EdTech, or education sector is a strong advantage
Category Requirements
- Communication Skills :Excellent verbal and written skills in Nepali and English
- Client Handling:Experience dealing with client queries, updates, and support
- Content Creation:Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
- Microsoft Office:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
