Job Description
- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers and sub-dealers in the assigned region.
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to drive dealer sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer activities and gather market intelligence.
- Ensure timely order booking, dispatches, and collections from dealers.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers to expand channel reach.
- Build strong business relationships with key dealers to ensure loyalty and sustained growth.
- Train and support dealers on product knowledge, schemes, and brand positioning.
- Monitor and ensure dealer compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Organise and participate in testrides promotional events.
