Job Description
- Act as a key point of contact between the company and customers.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM software) with accurate information.
- Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on after-sales services.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and feedback calls.
- Track and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.
- Manage service appointment reminders, renewal calls (insurance, AMC, servicing), and follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs (calls/SMS/email).
