Job Description
- Record Keeping/ Book Keeping.
- Maintain Journal Vouchers/ Petty Cash/Job cards/ Production Ledger.
- Preparing Accounts and TDS records.
- Preparation of Monthly report.
- Summarize and prepare financial/Production status and transactions reports and other necessary reports.
- Monitor and maintain a new audit system.
- Manage the firm's accounts receivable General Income and expenses report.
Job Specification
- Work experience in accounting is preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and Son is preferable
Note: A candidate within walking distance and a driving license holder is preferred
