Job Description
The role is responsible for leading and managing Dealer Partners, Dealer Sales Incharges, and Dealer Sales Representatives within the assigned region. The position oversees daily sales productivity, conducts local sales and marketing campaigns, and ensures effective training and development of the dealer sales channel. Regular follow-ups with Dealer Partners, performance monitoring, and providing timely updates and reports to the Province Head are key responsibilities of this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading Dealer Partners, Dealer Sales Incharge and Dealer Sales Representatives of provided Region
- Monitor daily productivity of Dealer Sales Team
- Conduct Sales and Marketing Campaings at Local areas
- Train and Groom Dealer Sales Channel
- Followup on regular basis to Dealer Partners
- Report to Province Head
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Exposure in Retail Sales and Sales Channel management of minimum 4 years
- Proficiency in Sales Planning and Retail Channel Management
- Ability to Lead large team
- Adaptability in Field work
- Must manage Time and week off as required by Company
