Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content across multiple platforms. The role requires producing original content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and organic advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) for digital platforms.
- Generate organic ad creatives and promotional materials tailored for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and campaign strategies.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, website copy, and newsletters to increase traffic and visibility.
- Create content that highlights products, packages, customer stories, and campaigns (e.g., festival offers, new launches).
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for TVCs, infographics, and storytelling.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, audience preferences, and competitors’ content strategies.
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and social media handlers for multimedia content.
- Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Content Specialist.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Nepali.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to create organic ad content with minimal budget.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Number of content pieces produced per week/month.
- Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, watch time).
- Growth in organic traffic and leads from content.
- Contribution to campaign performance and ROI.
- Content quality, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
