Job Description
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  • Publish job vacancies on different recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacant positions.
  • Maintain recruitment records, reports, and hiring databases.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire, and hiring quality.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, consultancies, and job portals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.
  • Lead and supervise recruitment officers and HR staff.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Master’s degree/MBA in HRM preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
  • Experience in mass hiring and technical/non-technical recruitment is an advantage.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
  • Understanding of HR policies and organizational structure.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS, and HR software.
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
