Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive personal/ office assistant to support day-to-day operations, administrative coordination, and executive assistance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative, accounting, and research functions.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage calendars, reminders, and travel arrangements.
Identify and track new business opportunities, including tender notices and RFPs.
Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, including maintaining bills, invoices, contracts and records
Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally.
Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews).
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Specification
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field is preferred
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
