Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive personal/ office assistant to support day-to-day operations, administrative coordination, and executive assistance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative, accounting, and research functions.

  •  ⁠Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • ⁠  ⁠Manage calendars, reminders, and travel arrangements.
  • ⁠  ⁠Identify and track new business opportunities, including tender notices and RFPs.
  • ⁠  ⁠Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, including maintaining bills, invoices, contracts and records
  • ⁠  ⁠Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally.
  • ⁠  ⁠Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews).
  • ⁠  ⁠Support preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • ⁠ Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Specification
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • ⁠  ⁠Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • ⁠  ⁠Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • ⁠  ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ⁠  ⁠Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ⁠  ⁠Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
