Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited, one of the leading National Level Development Bank seeks application for the following positions for its Existing Branches in Nawalparasi, Kapilvastu, Gulmi, Dang, Arghakhanchi and Banke Districts from Nepalese citizens who have a positive attitude are self-motivated have excellent communication skills, and are willing to maintain high professional standards.

Position: Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer –Branch Manager

Number of Vacancies: Few

Eligibility

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with at least Second Division or CGPA 2.80
• At least 2 years of banking experience in any BFIs.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having a Master’s Degree in Management from recognized University.
• Age not exceeding 35 years

Position: Trainee Assistant

Number of Vacancies: Few

Eligibility

• Minimum 10+2 or Equivalent Degree from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.80
• Preference shall be given to candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the recognized University.
• Age not exceeding 25 years.

Other Requirements

• Candidates must have good written and oral communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Candidates must be familiar to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Express.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having 2 (two) wheeler Driving License.
• Preference shall be given to Local Candidates.
• In case of Branch Manager only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview and selection shall be finalized based on interview.
• In case of Trainee Assistant only shortlisted candidates shall be called for written exam and a further selection shall be based on interview.
