Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL), a leading national level development bank, is seeking applications from all qualified applicants for the job position of Branch Manager as detailed in the job specifications below;

1. Branch Managers – Rupandehi & Kapilvastu (few): Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

• Age not exceeding 40 years as on vacancy deadline.
• Master’s Degree in the relevant field preferred or Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field.
• Candidate must have minimum 3 Years of Branch Management Experience

Other Information

• For Assistant and Officer Level: Candidates must be working at the same level or must have at least one year of experience in a position that is one level below from the position they are applying for in any national level development bank or commercial bank.
• For Managerial Level: Candidates must be working at the same level or must have at least two years of experience in a position that is one level below from the position they are applying for in any national level development bank or commercial bank.

Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas. The Bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. Depending upon the number of applications received, the development bank may raise the minimum criteria as stated above and call only shortlisted candidates for the further selection process.
