Minimum educational qualification:

Must have passed minimum SLC / SEE or similar examination from a recognized educational institution / Nord. If you have a certificate of educational qualification passed from an educational institution outside Nepal, you will also need to submit an equivalence certificate. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed proficiency certificate level or graduation.

Experience:

Must have at least 3 months of experience in training related to microfinance implementation conducted by this financial institution, or at least 6 months of working experience in microfinance operation in other microfinance institutions on the last date of issuance. Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literate and have obtained a motorcycle driver's license.

Types of exams: There will be a written exam and interview.

Age: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years (in case of women not exceeding 40 years) at the last date of application.

Short Listing: Out of the duly received applications, the selection list will be prepared after scrutiny based on the criteria determined by the organization. Only the applicants on the shortlist will be allowed to participate in the written test with the examination fee. Information about the date, place, and time of the written examination will be published on the website of the institution.

Application Fee: At the time of joining the written examination, Rs. 300 examination fee will have to be paid.

Only candidates who have passed the written test will be allowed to participate in the interview.

Candidates who have passed the interview examination will be appointed to the post of Junior Program Assistant during the probationary period.

The selected candidates will have to work in any office of the financial institution.
