Job Description
Note: Candidates must have their own laptop and high-quality headphones or earphones for this remote role.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US.
- Communicate fluently in English with clarity, professionalism, and a customer-centric tone.
- Engage in cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
- Build strong rapport with international clients by actively listening and understanding their business needs.
- Present and confidently explain website design services, addressing concerns and handling objections effectively.
- Work flexible night shifts aligned with international time zones (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Stay up to date with the company's website design offerings, features, and updates.
- Consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve sales and customer service processes.
- Represent the company with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented attitude.
Job Specification
- Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' call center experience in a US, UK, or Australia shift.
- Experience in selling website design and digital marketing services to business owners is preferred.
- Knowledge of cold calling scripts, including call openings, pitching, closing, and handling payment details, is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web design and SEO is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential for international sales.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good computer skills.
