Job Description

Note: Candidates must have their own laptop and high-quality headphones or earphones for this remote role.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US.
  • Communicate fluently in English with clarity, professionalism, and a customer-centric tone.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
  • Build strong rapport with international clients by actively listening and understanding their business needs.
  • Present and confidently explain website design services, addressing concerns and handling objections effectively.
  • Work flexible night shifts aligned with international time zones (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
  • Stay up to date with the company's website design offerings, features, and updates.
  • Consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve sales and customer service processes.
  • Represent the company with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented attitude.
Job Specification
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' call center experience in a US, UK, or Australia shift.
  • Experience in selling website design and digital marketing services to business owners is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cold calling scripts, including call openings, pitching, closing, and handling payment details, is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of web design and SEO is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential for international sales.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good computer skills.
