Job Description

The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests. This role requires a friendly, presentable, and organized professional who can manage front-desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests politely and professionally; guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries; promptly route messages to the concerned staff.
  • Handle all front-desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs, receiving and sorting mail/courier, and managing schedules or appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support such as basic record-keeping, preparing documents, and assisting team members when required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely arrangements.
  • Uphold company protocols for visitor management, safety, and confidentiality.
Job Specification
  • Minimum education: +2 (Intermediate) pass or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Nepali and English (both verbal and written).
  • Basic computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and knowledge of using office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
  • Friendly, polite, well-presented, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle fast-paced environments calmly and efficiently.

Prior experience in Receptionist, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administrative roles is preferred; freshers with good communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
