Handle front desk operations, including managing the reception area and maintaining cleanliness
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and emails
Maintain visitor and client logs and assist them with initial queries
Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, filing, and document handling

Skills and Competencies:
