Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing on-field marketing activities to promote the company’s products/services, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence in assigned areas. The role involves direct customer engagement, market research, and close coordination with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-field marketing activities, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns
- Visit assigned territories to promote products/services and engage potential customers
- Generate leads and collect customer feedback; share insights with the sales team
- Execute product sampling, demonstrations, and roadshows
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities
- Maintain daily activity reports, sales data, and lead records
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to meet assigned targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree completed (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform field-based marketing and customer engagement activities
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and lead management
- Market analysis and competitor tracking skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (basic reporting and documentation)
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
- Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude
