Job Description

Ensure on a daily basis that the Parlor Crew follow SOP, keep parlor clean, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly.
Ensures an exceptional level service, ambience and overall customer satisfaction.
Training and Supervising Staff.
Motivate team to achieve sale targets.
Control all operations costs, i.e. food cost % vs plan, waste vs plan,Employee cost vs plan and provide.
Sales and plan for offer to increase sales.
Coordinate with HO regarding Ice Cream dispatch, freezer requirement, equipment repair, branding and sales and outstanding recovery.
Team reporting
Ensure smooth operation of the FS-MT store.
Reporting to Country Manager.
