Job Description

We are a growing Accountancy and Business Advisory Company based in Tripurishwor, Kathmandu, focused on delivering innovative accounting, tax advisory and business advisory solutions. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our bookkeeping, accouning, tax advisory, financial management and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage client accounting transactions and financial records
Assisting for financial statement preparation and reporting.
Prepare VAT Return and tax related activities in relation with accounting and process vouchers, maintain ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits
Ensure all financial records comply with accounting principles and company policies
Support budgeting and expense tracking activities
Provide support in other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, MS Excel, and other relevant tools
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Strong analytical, organisation, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT/TDS, and reporting standards.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial data
Proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently
