Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Officer / Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, responsible, and capable of handling accounting and procurement tasks efficiently. Male candidates will be given priority.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist in preparing basic financial reports.
- Manage procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of procurement, suppliers, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and relevant offices when required.
- Assist in import/export documentation and related follow-ups.
- Support management in financial, procurement, and operational tasks as required.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in accounting /procurement
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Import/Export procedures
- Proficiency in English typing (Candidates who also know Nepali typing will be given priority)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet, and accounting software)
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
