Job Description
The Administrative & Public Relations Assistant will support the company’s day-to-day operations, manage public relations activities, and coordinate with government and external stakeholders. This role requires a motivated and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with government offices and external stakeholders on behalf of the company.
Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and filing systems.
Support public relations initiatives to enhance the company’s image and communication.
Prepare reports, draft letters, and maintain records as required.
Perform general office duties and provide support to the management team.
Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to assigned responsibilities.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates or final-year students are eligible).
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Ability to type in Nepali.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Two-wheeler license holder preferred.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
