Job Description

Agro Thai Foods is seeking a dynamic, target-driven sales officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, monthly distributor forecasts, and monthly sales reports in Excel format.
Identify and approach potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Promote and sell Agro Thai Foods products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
