Job Description
Admizz Education is seeking a qualified and motivated Multi-Destination Education Counsellor to provide professional guidance to students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The role involves student counselling, application coordination, and support throughout the admission and visa process across multiple study destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling and Guidance
- Counsel students regarding study options in destinations such as the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Europe, and others
- Assess students’ academic background, financial capacity, English proficiency, and career objectives
- Recommend appropriate universities, courses, and intakes based on individual profiles
- Application and Admission Support
- Assist students with applications, Statements of Purpose (SOP), GTE/GS statements, and required documentation
- Coordinate with the application team for offer letters, CAS, COE, I-20, and related processes
- Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up with partner institutions
- Visa and Compliance Support
- Provide guidance on visa requirements and financial documentation
- Inform students of compliance obligations and post-visa responsibilities
- Conduct pre-departure briefings for enrolled students
- Lead Handling and Conversion
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online enquiries in a professional manner
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up reports
- Team Coordination and Engagement
- Coordinate effectively with application officers, lead management, and front desk teams
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education consultancy or a related field
- Knowledge of international education systems, particularly the UK and Australia
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently
- Target-oriented, ethical, and student-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CAS, GTE/GS, I-20, and COE processes
- IELTS/PTE counselling experience
- Prior exposure to multi-destination student counselling
