Job Description
1. MBA FACULTY
SUBJECT: BUSINESS ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
Teach management accounting, cost management, CVP analysis, budgeting, and financial decision-making.
Cover financial statement, ratio and cash flow analysis, and performance measurement.
Guide students through practical accounting and finance problems, tutorials, discussions, and case studies.
Conduct and evaluate assignments, presentations, case studies, and examinations, providing timely feedback.
Follow KFA’s course structure, academic policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Preferred Profile:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial analysis, NFRS/IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
Relevant teaching experience, preferably at the MBA or postgraduate level.
Practical experience in accounting, finance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, MBS/MBA Finance, or equivalent are preferred.
Good communication, presentation, classroom management, Excel, and financial/accounting tool skills.
