Job Description
Position: Plant Officer
Location: Hydropower Project, Bhojpur, Nepal
Organization: SG Organization
Position Objective
To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of construction plants and heavy equipment, minimizing downtime and supporting timely project execution.
1. Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor construction plants and heavy equipment.
Plan equipment deployment based on project schedules.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with Project, Mechanical, Store, and Procurement teams.
Supervise plant operators and mechanics.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly plant performance reports.
2. Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.
3. Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in hydropower construction
