Position: Receptionist
Location: Kathmandu
Employment Type: Full-Time (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Job Summary

Metro Market Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and must possess excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and stakeholders professionally.

  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.

  • Maintain visitor logs and front desk records.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and documents.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

  • Manage filing and document records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Excellent Nepali typing skills (Mandatory).

  • Good English typing and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

  • Ability to draft official letters, notices, and correspondence in Nepali and English.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in Reception, Front Desk, Administration, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
