Job Description
Position: Modern Trade-Sr./Executive
Location: Kathmandu
Qualifications | Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or a closely related field
This qualification is strictly non-negotiable
Minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on sales experience within a well-known FMCG company
Key Responsibilities:
Drive secondary sales targets across an assigned territory of convenience stores, supermarkets and modern retail chains
Serve as the primary point of contact with outlet managers and store supervisor within the territory
Execute and maintain in-store merchandising standards, shelf placement, planogram compliance, cooler management, and brand visibility
Plan and implement point—of-sale (POS) displays and promotional activations independently, coordinating directly with distributors, and ensure consistent product availability at all assigned outlets
