Position: Modern Trade Executive
Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented and energetic Modern Trade Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling modern trade operations and strong knowledge of merchandising and visibility management within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with modern trade outlets and key accounts.
Ensure proper implementation of visibility norms and brand guidelines at stores.
Monitor and ensure effective FIFO (First In First Out) management.
Handle merchandising activities and ensure product availability and display standards.
Coordinate promotional activities and in-store branding initiatives.
Supervise and guide merchandising/team members for smooth operations.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular market reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Modern Trade operations, preferably in FMCG companies.
Strong understanding of visibility standards, merchandising, and inventory rotation practices.
Good team handling and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications will be an added advantage.
Should have own Two Wheeler with a Valid Driving Licensce.
